Terms of service

The owner of the online store IonViz.com (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store) is Health4U OÜ (registry code 16532789), located at Paide 7–6, Tallinn 11312, Estonia, e-mail: info@ionviz.com.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all persons (hereinafter referred to as the Purchaser) who purchase goods from the Online Store.

By placing an order, the Purchaser confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.


Validity of the Contract of Sale, Product and Price Information

These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of goods from the Online Store.

The prices of the products sold in the Online Store are indicated next to the products. A delivery fee is added to the price.

All prices in the Online Store are in euros (€).

The delivery fee depends on the Purchaser’s location and the selected delivery method. The delivery fee is displayed at checkout.

Product information is provided directly next to the product in the Online Store.


Placing an Order

To order goods, add the desired products to the shopping cart. To complete the order, fill in the required data fields and select a suitable delivery method.

The total cost is then displayed on the screen and can be paid securely via the following payment methods:

  • Estonian bank payments
  • Visa / Mastercard card payments
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay

NB! When paying via bank link, please make sure to click the “Return to merchant” button on the bank page.

Payments are processed by Maksekeskus AS. Payment takes place outside the Online Store in a secure environment – via the respective bank’s secure system for bank payments and via Maksekeskus AS secure environment for card payments. The seller does not have access to the customer’s bank or credit card details.

The contract enters into force once the payable amount has been received in the Online Store’s bank account.

The Online Store is the controller of personal data and transfers necessary personal data for payment processing to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.

If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to being out of stock or for any other reason, the Purchaser will be informed as soon as possible and the paid amount (including delivery costs) will be refunded without delay, but no later than within 14 days.


Delivery

Goods are currently shipped within Estonia only.

The following delivery method is available:

  • Omniva parcel machines

The Purchaser bears the delivery cost, and the respective price is displayed at checkout.

Domestic shipments within Estonia generally arrive at the destination specified by the Purchaser within 1–5 business days from the entry into force of the sales contract.


Right of Withdrawal

After receiving the order, the Purchaser has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the Online Store within 14 days.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the Purchaser is a legal entity.

To exercise the 14-day return right, the goods must not be used in any way other than necessary to verify their nature, characteristics, and functioning as allowed in a physical store.

If the goods have been used beyond this purpose or show signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable amount according to the decrease in value.

To return the goods, the Purchaser must submit a withdrawal statement to info@ionviz.com within 14 days of receiving the goods.

The Purchaser bears the cost of returning the goods unless the reason for return is that the product does not correspond to the order (e.g. defective or incorrect product).

The Purchaser must return the goods within 14 days after submitting the withdrawal statement or provide proof that the goods were handed over to the carrier within this period.

The Online Store refunds all payments received from the Purchaser without delay, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice.

The Online Store may refuse to make a refund until the returned goods have been received or proof of return has been provided.


Right to Submit a Complaint (Defective Goods)

The Online Store is liable for non-conformity of goods for 2 years from the delivery of the goods.

The Purchaser has the right to contact the Online Store regarding defects by e-mail at info@ionviz.com.

If the goods are defective, the Online Store will repair or replace them. If this is not possible, the Purchaser will be refunded.

The Online Store responds to complaints within 15 days.


Direct Marketing and Processing of Personal Data

The Online Store uses personal data provided by the Purchaser only for processing orders and delivering goods.

Personal data is forwarded to transport service providers solely for delivery purposes.

The Online Store sends newsletters and offers only if the Purchaser has given consent.

The Purchaser can unsubscribe from newsletters at any time via e-mail or by following instructions in the email.


Dispute Resolution

All complaints must be sent to info@ionviz.com.

If disputes cannot be resolved by agreement, the Purchaser has the right to contact the Consumer Disputes Committee.

The Purchaser may also use the European Union online dispute resolution platform.
